Ryan Ruud is a businessman who works in the Compassly organization focused on supporting people struggling with autism disease. He wanted Interexy to help digitalize the way the company works by producing mobile and web versions of Compassly. The biggest challenge was to develop an app that will boost the client’s business, while also making it simple to use, easy to navigate and autism-friendly.
When the founder came to us, he was already experienced in this field and decided to make it easier for autistic children to live. Compassly has been developed to support the autism community, helping with the social, communication, language, emotional and organizational skills of children with autism. The growing awareness regarding this condition and the development of this app can help a child with autism in several ways, like gaining confidence and assisting them in developing skills.
We developed both mobile and web applications for Compassly. These apps have a program that can teach children the following:

While Compassly is intended for children’s use, adults with autism may also benefit from tasks given in the app. Alongside patients, parents also feel safer and more confident in their children’s future, as the app prepares them for happy and full lives.
We quickly understood the importance of this app to the worldwide population and took on board the best developers and designers who have already worked with the wellness industry. In addition, we ensured our Project Manager and Business Analyst were always here to help the client stay updated and be informed about each stage of the process.

The tech stack for Compassly apps was made up of React Native, Node.js and AWS Postgres. React Native was chosen as the most popular open source platform for developing native mobile apps and it helped us to ensure fast usage experience and smoother feel.
Node.js was used to support the event-based server so we performed multiple interactions in an easy and hassle-free way. We also applied to the AWS Postgres database for back-end development.
We were happy to become a part of Compassly organizations and help children develop required skills in the most efficient, user-friendly, and calming way. The Compassly app will be one of only a few digital products intended for autistic people, and we hope it will bring a significant impact to the world.
The app is now in the launching stage, with a few edits admitted by the client. The development was
on time and our team realised all the requirements identified by the customer. The client is highly
satisfied with our work and left positive feedback regarding our expertise in the niche,
problem-solving skills and constant support. We developed an application that will bring a
significant impact to the children requiring help and our product seems to help them get all needed
skills for further life.
