“Working with Interexy has been incredible, the team is easy to communicate with, understands the healthcare industry in-depth and is always open to implementing new ideas as they come up. Solstice would not have been able to develop our MVP or test out our proof-of-concept without Interexy’s help and are grateful for the hard work and passion they have put in to our project.“ Solstice is a pioneer in the healthcare marketplace industry. This web service has been developed by the Interexy team from scratch and is now on the development stage to go through investment rounds.
The product is HIPAA-compliant, contains personal patient data and is believed to help healthcare organizations improve medical services worldwide. Let’s see our case and how we developed the future of medicine.
Solstice’s founders came to Interexy with a completely different idea, but they took a pause and returned with the product’s concept. Solstice has become a service used by therapeutic organizations (pharmaceutical companies, biotechs etc.) to collect patient data, like genome analyzes, X-ray pictures, health records, and more. In order to ensure the safety of users’ sensitive data, our goal was to plug data encryption that would convert data from a readable format into an encoded format. The core idea behind Solstice is to provide patient’s ownership over their health data and to help therapeutic companies accelerate their innovation through comprehensive, longitudinal health data.
In a few weeks, a supply engineering team was crafted. Thus, our developers became fully valid members of the Solstice project. We focused on building MVP, which will allow founders to go through investment rounds and show the product’s services. The biggest technical challenge our software team had was related to the data encryption and the place where the documents are going to be stored.
Since we have to provide a “marketplace” of patients’ health records, the main task was to find what IPFS we were going to use. Even though Web3 Storage was a great choice for us, we decided to use Pinata, as it allows users to quickly upload, share, and manage data throughout the IPFS network.
The next issue was related to healthcare organizations that are able to share data (from patients’ agreements only). We have to provide a list of systems, so we decided to connect with one of the most well-known healthcare providers – 1upHealth. Even though there were small chances to get their agreement, we achieved this goal, and the provider is now a key step in the service’s working process.
A team of experts has created the design of the Solstice website. Since we developed the product with the goal to provide a seamless user experience and allow customers to find the required document with no hassle, the design is made on the following principles:

The tech team was made of two blockchain engineers who have already worked with the niche to ensure compliance with the industry’s strict guidelines. The front-end part of the product has been developed on React, one of the most reliable languages that prove speed and stable code. The back-end part of the Solstice service was crafted on Node.js. This allows asynchronous event-driven programming, which eliminates blocking processes and improves scalability.

We are currently working on MVP and are preparing for release, so clients will be able to go through investment rounds successfully. The service will be monetized in the future, but now we achieved the main goal – to provide a feature-rich, stable, and efficient MVP that will attract the attention of numerous investors.

Within its first nine weeks, the app received 8,000 users and a 4.7-star rating. The platform is well designed and hasn’t had many bugs. Interexy LLC is fast and efficient at building new features as well as taking scope changes in stride. Expertise and responsiveness are hallmarks of their work.
I got an amazing product that was exactly what I envisioned when I first sat out & drew the plans. The two areas that I think where Stan & his team particularly excel: first is attention to detail (…) & secondly the kind of support they’ve provided after the app was largely complete. I’m sure the number of teams just do the bug work & leave it but they are [Interexy team] always on hand to answer any questions really at any time of day which is incredible. So I’d encourage anyone who wants to build any sort of product to use Stan & his team. It’ll accelerate your business and make your life a whole lot easier.
Before choosing Interexy, I’ve hired a firm out of India – they gave me a great price, great timeline (…). And after close to a year, they told me they couldn’t get the project done. Then I started to talk with Stan from Interexy. I hired them, they quoted me 8 weeks to get this project done, well, 8 weeks later – the project is done. Now I just have nothing but a great thing to say about the company – they were on time, great communication and just great people there. I’d 100% recommend Interexy for any web development or app development project that you have out there, they’re just fantastic.
